Breathwork & Sound healing

Rebirth:

A Breathwork Journey of Release & Renewal
Step into a powerful somatic experience designed to help you release what no longer serves you. Rebirth is a deeply transformative breathwork journey where you’ll gently unravel stored emotions, old patterns, and layers of past trauma held in the body.

Through conscious connected breathing, you’ll be guided to let go, open up, and create space for the truest version of yourself to emerge. This session is both empowering and liberating, helping you reclaim your inner strength and reconnect with your higher self.

Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, freer, and profoundly aligned.

Sound & Samadhi

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound and stillness in this deeply restorative class. Through gentle guidance, you’ll journey into meditation while being bathed in the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, and other sound instruments.

Sound and Samadhi creates an immersive experience that fosters deep meditation and reaches Samadhi - the ultimate goal of yoga.

This class is designed to calm your mind, relax your body, and restore your energy. The combination of sound healing and meditation creates a powerful space for releasing tension, fostering mindfulness, and reconnecting with your inner peace.

Simply come as you are, ready to receive the transformative gift of sound and silence. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and aligned with your highest self.

Yoga

Hatha Yoga

A slow, strong and mindful practice rooted in Vedic and classical yoga philosophy. This class treats asana as a discipline for training the mind and refining inner awareness rather than a quest for peak poses. Through deliberate, breath-led movement, sustained holds, and careful attention to sensation, students cultivate presence, self-inquiry, and embodied stillness.

Sessions draw on traditional teachings and mythology to illuminate the practice’s ethical and spiritual aims. The shared intention is to deepen awareness of body and mind and to move toward Moksha - liberation from habitual suffering. Through developing steadiness, clarity, and compassionate self-observation.

Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Yoga

Derived from Ashtanga Vinyasa, this style of practice is a moving meditation emphasising awareness of both posture and breath.

The continuous flow will challenge your mind, encouraging you to adapt, stay focused and enhance mindfulness.

This is a strong practice, where you will move from one pose to the next seamlessly whilst following the breath.

Ashtanga Yoga

This Ashtanga-inspired class is taught through the teacher’s long-term relationship with the practice, shaped over 15 years of consistent study and ongoing learning with a range of teachers. It is not a traditional Mysore-style class, but a guided approach that honours the structure and rhythm of the sequence in a way that is accessible, supportive, and responsive to each individual.

Ashtanga Yoga combines Asana (postures), Ujjayi breath, Bandhas (energetic locks), and Dristhi (point of gaze).

The practice synchronises steady, rhythmic breathing with movement, creating a continuous flow that builds heat in the body, supports circulation, and brings clarity and focus to the nervous system.

Students are guided through the Primary Series, known for its meditative quality through repetition, allowing the mind to settle into deeper layers of breath, awareness, and presence. Traditionally referred to as Yoga Chikitsa (yoga therapy), the sequence is designed to support strength, mobility, and overall balance in the body.

Yin

Experience the "Art of Rest and Surrender" in this gentle, grounding practice designed to counterbalance the dynamic Yang energy of daily life.

Embrace longer holds in floor postures to encourage muscle softening and a calm mind. Utilise breath connection as an anchor to stay present, fostering a sense of home and comfort within your body.

Yin practice supports stress reduction passively, facilitating a deeper relaxation and opening of the body.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is a gentle and mindful vinyasa practice that emphasises fluid movement and breath awareness.

This class encourages a slower pace, allowing students to explore each pose with intention and ease.

Ideal for all levels, Slow Flow cultivates relaxation, improves flexibility, and fosters a deeper connection between mind and body.

Shakti Flow

A Vinyasa practice that invites inner strength and presence through mindful breath and movement. This session offers space for intuitive exploration, allowing creative energy to surface.

Within this flow, there is room to radiate the subtle energy of Shakti, cultivating a sense of empowerment, balance, and connection.

Backbend Bliss

Open your heart and rediscover the joy of moving your body in this uplifting backbend-focused class.

Backbend Bliss is designed to gently build strength, mobility and confidence through progressive heart-opening shapes and supportive, complementary poses. We’ll take our time to prepare the body wellm activating the glutes and legs, creating space through the shoulders and hip flexors, and learning how to move into backbends with steadiness and breath.

Expect thoughtful guidance, options for all levels, and a strong focus on safety and sustainability. Whether you’re newer to backbends or looking to deepen your practice, this class is about meeting yourself where you are and exploring what’s possible.

You’ll leave feeling open, energised and a little lighter, in both body and mind.

Ease In

Ease In is a Friday night exhale, a slow-flowing journey to bridge the gap between the week and the weekend. Root into the breath through slow, mindful movement and a deep connection to yourself. There is no expectation here, only the space to meet yourself exactly where you are. We conclude our practice with a communal tea ritual, leaning into the warmth of a quiet cup to ground the body and transition softly into the rest of your weekend.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates

Establish the pillars of your Pilates journey in our low-impact Mat Pilates class. Cultivate body, breath, and mind connection whilst fostering endurance, confidence, and strength.

Inspired by classical mat Pilates, this class incorporates articulation, isolation, and deep breaths whilst maintaining attention to the whole body. High repetitions not only ignite the burn but also instil functional movement patterns.

Enhance deep core engagement, boost joint and spinal health, and anticipate a session of burning, sweating, stretching, and deep breathing.

Contrology

Once a month, we return to the roots.

This Contrology class honours the original mat sequence created by Joseph Pilates. A strong, continuous flow designed to build deep core strength, control, precision and stamina. Expect a dynamic, disciplined practice that moves with purpose and rhythm, linking each exercise seamlessly to the next.

There are no props. Just you, your mat, and your breath.

Contrology is both challenging and empowering. It asks for focus, commitment and presence, while rewarding you with a powerful sense of capability and connection through your whole body.

Best suited to those with some Pilates experience, or anyone curious to explore the classical method in its purest form.
