A late cancellation is considered anything within 12 hours of your class - with the intention that if you cannot attend your class, you will withdraw with enough time for someone else to jump in.
Unlimited Passes: Cancellations within this window will incur a $10 Late Cancel Fee.
Limited Passes and Packs: The pass used to pay for the class will be forfeited.
The above also applies for no-shows.
Hot Weather Policy
If the weather forecast in Somerton Park is 35+ degrees at time of class, TLC clients can cancel class without the cancellation fee or forfeit taking place. Clients must inform TLC staff of their cancellation to ensure they are processed as an 'early cancel'.
If the weather forecast in Somerton Park is 38+ degrees, classes will be cancelled. Cancellation will show via Momence app, text & social media platforms.
Membership policy
Flexi Memberships: (Cancel Anytime)
Billing: Payments are processed weekly via direct debit.
Cancellations: You may cancel anytime by providing notice (email or in-studio).
Freezes: You may freeze your membership at any time for any reason.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices with 14 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change indicates acceptance of the new rate.
Contract Memberships: (6-Month Lock-In)
Minimum Commitment: These memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment from the date of sign-up.
Billing: Payments are processed weekly via direct debit.
Freeze Allowance: You can freeze your membership for up to 12 weeks per calendar year. Freezes must be requested in advance.
Early Cancellation: Early termination is not permitted unless in cases of relocation, injury, or hardship, which must be discussed and approved by the TLC team.
Contract End: After the 6-month period, your contract will end unless renewed.
