Shelby, founder of A Touch of Clarity believes in a holistic approach, looking at the entire person as a whole.
Shelby began her journey into this work in 2019 by completing a Bachelor of behavioural science degree (psychology) & then through her own self development journey, realised that talk therapy is only one part of the healing puzzle. She then went on a deep dive into holistic & alternative healing modalities, becoming qualified as a reiki practitioner, meditation & breathwork teacher, sound healer, EFT practitioner, hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner & mentor. Shelby is currently studying advance studies in counselling, yoga& pilates teacher training to further her education & offers.
Shelby has a huge passion for the mind, body connection & how the body holds emotions, experiences & imprinting. She is also passionate about trauma recovery, nervous system regulation & consciously creating the life you desire. Through this approach Shelby mixes traditional therapy as well as spiritual & energetic work. Shelby offers a range of healing & therapeutic sessions as she believes there is not a"one size fits all" when it comes to your healing journey & she wants to support you in finding a modality that supports you.
