I really like the variety of classes you offer in terms of being challenging. The FMT thrown into the mix has been great for me if I’ve felt I wanted more of an intense workout.

I’ve found it really helpful with the ‘extensions’ you offer in the classes, sometimes I didn’t realise how much more I could actually do in certain movements until you prompted me. Because of that Ive been able to get more from the classes. Having smaller classes have helped with this I feel too, although the loft doesn’t have tonnes of space that never bothers me at all because I love the smaller group!”

“I started with the Loft after I moved back from Melbourne after being in lockdown (and barely exercising) for 2020. 

I felt disconnected from my body and very anxious and self-conscious about going back to a place of fitness and essentially starting from scratch. 

The instructors at the Loft made me feel really welcome, comfortable and safe within their studio and classes. 

It’s refreshing to attend a studio that doesn’t focus on weight loss or appearances, but instead encourages us to strengthen our mind and body connection.

“I have absolutely loved coming to the loft. Each of the three instructors I've had have been warm, welcoming and clearly very knowledgeable. I've never been much of a gym goer but The Loft has easily been my favourite work out space, and I would recommend it to anyone, particularly women. 

Whilst only small classes are happening due to Covid I think I will just engage in online classes when I can, and consider a 10 class pass when things are running back at full capacity. 

You should feel really proud of your business and for creating a safe space where people can feel good about themselves and about  after their bodies and minds.”

We have been attending the loft for a year now and absolutely love it!

Having never done pilates before, we started off with Essentials Pilates classes and now we regularly attend FMT, Principles, Contrology, Yoga and Recovery and we have never felt fitter or stronger!

All the instructors are great and make sure that each class you are personally challenged and help to cater to your abilities. It has also been really nice to find a hobby that we can enjoy together. 

Renee has created such an amazing space and we feel so lucky to be apart of the loft community.
